“Alan Wire really encourages employees to take initiative and contribute to projects.”
For the leadership of Alan Wire, an important aspect of 50 & Forward means support of local programs to empower individuals and facilitate improvements in our community and region.
Created in partnership with the local school district, NextStep provides students with real work experience, wages, and essential life skills training. Importantly, the program has also helped increase the number of students who graduate high school.
LEARN MOREOne of the many ways the Alan Wire family has invested in the community is by helping bring business back to downtown Sikeston. Most recently, the Keenan family is responsible for renovating a former US Bank location to create The Center Street Station, a co-working space that provides an area in which to work and connect.
LEARN MOREWe don't just say we value people—we show it. With investments in education, healthcare, safety, work-life balance, and a competitive salary, we've laid the foundation for a positive workplace culture. Find out how to start a career at Alan Wire.
