As one of the largest employers in the Sikeston area, we feel a sense of responsibility to the community and the people who live in it. For Alan Keenan, building a business was never just about profit—it was about making his family, community, and world a little better than when he found it. That’s the mission that continues to drive the Alan Wire team to this day.

The great thing about Sikeston is that we aren’t the only team looking for ways to invest in bettering our town. In recent years, there have been many collaborative efforts including ARPA-funded renovations, investments in education, and downtown revitalization.

The Alan Wire contribution to these efforts is the renovation of an old U.S. Bank location into what is now Center Street Station. More than reviving an old building, the Center Street Station project is our way of supporting small business. The city’s first coworking space is complete with shared workspaces, fully furnished private offices, conference rooms, and amenities available to freelancers, entrepreneurs, remote workers, and small businesses. We’re excited about this and future endeavors to support and build up our community.
